Error "specified cast is not valid" when creating a test case

Hello, I have an issue with an user, she had to travel to another country for work and now she can't create nothing in ALM 11.52 Patch level 5 . The Error Message is: "specified cast is not valid" when she want to create a test case, defect, requirement, etc.

I followed the next steps in her laptop.

1. Uninstall ALM Client with the utility 

2. Register ALM Client: LM: http://10.72.1.127/qcbin/start_a.jsp?common=true

3. Install HP ALM Connectivity Tool

Also, I imported the user again (ldap user)  and I gave her full privileges.
