"Invalid Server Response" error seen by all users while using HP QC ALM 11.52

Description of the issue is as follows: All users are getting an “Invalid Server Response” error (see attached) as they are using HP QC across all modules – Defects, Test Lab, Test Plan, etc. Error began appearing last week. Several restarts of the server and service have been done that did not resolve the issue. Error is received periodically as users are using the application. Error is not displaying in error logs. Once clicking OK, users can proceed with their work, however this is hindering our productivity. 

 

We are on ALM 11.52 patch 5. Server is windows server 2008 R2, SP1, 64-bit. Oracle server is 11G R2.

 

I have opened a ticket with HP support, however I have had little success with them so far.
