HP ALM 11.0 - How to manage multi-testers tests cases

Hello all,

I would like to get your opinion about how to manage tests with steps in which each step as to be executed by a different tester.

Example :

1. Step 1 has to be executed by tester A
2. Step 2 has to be executed by tester B
3. Step 3 has to be executed by tester C
4. Step 4 has to be executed by tester A

How do you implement such a case in Test Plan / Test Lab ?
