I am installing a trial version of HP QC on a Windows Server 2012 with MS SQL Server 2012. The installation ran fine, did its initial checks and copied the files to my c:\ drive. Then the configuration assistant launched, unfortunately it crashed when testing my db connection.
Now I am looking for a way to re-start the configuration assistant and don't know how. The installer didn't create any launch entries in the windows menu. I was trying to get to the assistant by invoking run_configuration.bat from a cmd prompt, but I get the error "missing UI mode (default UI mode is gui)".
Can someone tell me how I can get to the configuration assistant without a complete reinstall of HP ALM?
