A user had his computer re-imaged and now is having issues loading HPQC. When he goes to the HPQC link the install HP ALM client page comes up. He is able to select the "Click to launch the installation" and then gets the pop-up and is able to select "Run". Once he selects run he gets the pop-up message "The specified account already exist" and it returns to the first install page. See pictures attached.
Has anyone came across this issue or know a fix?
