Can someone help with Unattended execution using UFT 12

Hi,

I am not able to get Unattended execution to work.

Setup

ALM 12.01

UFT 12.01

VM 1 running Windows 7  (Access via RDP)

VM 2 running Windows 7  (Access via RDP)

I set up a new Test Case in my project and ran a few tests to confirm that the test runs successfully.  From each of the client VM's I am able to open the test from UFT and execute the test.  I am also able to log into ALM and create a test set, then add an instance of the test and run it.  Now I want to run the test from ALM to the client VM while disconnected.  From UFT I select Tools > Options > General Tab > Run Sessions and check off "Allow UFT to continue running GUI or business process tests after disconnecting from an RDP computer."  I entered my network credentials and verified my connection.

I then confirmed that I can still run a test from ALM to this VM....Pass.

Not I disconnect from the VM (not log off) and then attempt to run the test.  I get the following message.

"The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password"

ALM client runninig on VM 1.  UFT running on VM 2.  All works fine when I am connected via RDP to the VM.  Additionally, If I start running a test from VM 1 to VM 2 while I am connected and then disconnect from VM 2 while the test is running, the test pauses.  When I reconnect the test resumes.  I have a requirement to be able to run unattended.   How do I get this to work?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank You

Matt
