New project with copy of old data of another project

Hi,

Due to some reason user lost some data and folders in a QC project. User has requested to create a new a project with old data of the corrupted project.

For exaple: A new Project B should be a copy of Project A, with data and structure as on 2-Jan-2015 of Project A. Kindly let us know the procedure to resolve this request.
