Steps to Run Load test from ALM

Hi,

I am a Newbie to ALM. I have experience in running Load Test from Controller.  I have created scripts using Vugen. I want to load these scripts into ALM and conduct load test. ALM verion is 11.51. I have some doubts in ALM. 

1.ALM by default will have controller or i have install the controller in the same server & link it?

2.What are steps to run a load test from the ALM?
