"Target Cycle" Fileld is required but also in "Read Only" Mode

Hello,

In Test Lab module, while trynig to post items, a new window pops and asks to fill the required system field "Target Cycle" although it's in Read Only mode, and thus the item cannot be posted.

In order to fix the problem, we have tried the following (unsuccessfuly) approaches:

1. Edit the configuration in Tool -> Customize

2. Edit the relevant mandatory definition in the DB

3. "Catch" the event by adding a test-instance and there cancel the mandatory definition
