We have some users who reported an issue. When the user clicks on defect link in defect tab. The browser gets stuck and the user was not able to proceed after that. The user has to force kill the browser then.
Checked in ALM Admin site and the roles of the users are Good and should not stop the user from editing a defect record.
The issue is not with all users though.
We use IE 8. Inspite of clearing the browser cache and removing all the temperary files and and reintalling the ALM, we weren't able to fix the issue.
Any immediate resolution will be muchk Appreciated.
