I think I have a big problem in my environment.
After upgrading to ALM 11.52 patch 1 i have found that sometimes (about onec per week) there are not run the workflow scripts.
I mean when user open defekt, change status and save it or update it, then no workflow scripts are fired. So nothings like autmatic comments, changes in fields are not done.
This is big problem because in the workflow scripts I have done a lot of things like email notifications, integration with other systems, changes in fields.
And this problem is completely random. I see it on any user on any project. But I cannot reproduce it so I cannot debug it.
Does anybody see this problem also on ALM 11.52 Patch1?
Does anybody thing how to track this problem?
And because of this I cannot send it to HP Support becuase I cannot reproduce it. There are no error in that time in the logs and so on.
