Change test run views to add additional tabs

I am trying to change the test run view to add additional tabs for data conditions, environment, transaction code etc. Where do i go to change the view. The fields have already been created. I am attaching a screen shot of a sample that i want to achieve. It shows the sample tabs that i want to add
