Error while registering the Client side component after the fixing the HotFix issue.

Hi,

 we are facing issue while registering the client side components .

Please find the attached screenshot.

Note : This issue comes after updation of the HotFix.

Version : ALM 11.0 Patch 10 OS : Window 7

Below actions I tried :

1. Full uninstall using ALMUninstaller.exe

2. Cleare Temp Files delete TD_80 folder, Mercury Inactive folder cleare browser cache.

3. Open IE in private, run as admin

4. tried to hit the url in below way : http://<<serverName>>/qcbin/start_a.jsp?cancelcrlcheck=yes

we are able to access the Client side but not able to register the Client side component.

any one please help on this.
