I am getting 'Following client components were not downloaded successfully' error on running QC for the first time in my machine, many '.dll' files are listed (refer the attachment)
Notes:
I've admin rights to that machine. (Also running it as Run As Administrator)
No QC files are there is the 'uninstall or a change program' page
Version : HP QC ALM Version 11
Windows : 7
Kindly help me, what needs to be done to install HP QC
