Set CTS=QQCUtil.CurrentTestSet - is empty bu Using BPT ( ALM /QTP)

ALM and QTP

I create business component using the code :  Set CTS=QCUtil.CurrentTestSet....

create BPT test And run the test from Test LAB

but I got an empty Object

I tried it  with QTP test - Working fine

Why?
