Just starting early today, a few users suddenly cannot connect to our QC ALM server. No updates happened on the affected clients same with the server. Tried several solutions from the internet including the root certificate fix, the cleaning of the temp/cache folders, reinstalling ALM, restoring a client to last week's state, etc. Also tried connecting with both ALM plugin (v11) and IE (v10 running in compatibility mode).
I can confirm we've got enough licenses (62% used); the server has plenty of disk space and also had it restarted with same result. Interestingly, 1 working client failed to connect after the restart but the rest stayed as they were (17=ok, 6=failed). I should mention the main log file (ServiceOut.txt) size is over 22GB, could this be causing the issue?
