Using Excel Add-in can update Existing ALM Defects

Hi,

Using ALM Excel Add-in we can upload New TestCases, Defects and Requiremetns.

Using ALM Excel Add-in can we update / modify existing defects in ALM?

If so, do we have any process document and help file for the same.
