Unable to access HP QC 10 Patch 28 on Win 7 64 Bit

Hi guys ,

I am trying to access HPQC hosted on client's network from my personal laptop but itdoes not work.  I can successfully connect to client's network but everytime I try to access QC , It asks opens up HP QC page (half of it) , and asks me to let active comp run on it , when I allow it , It downloads a .cab file and thats where it ends for me , I dont see login section .

I have downgraded my IE version to 8 , clear temp files , tried running IE as admin but same issue everytime please advise.
