Fetch all defect IDs into a field which is at test plan level.

Field  name is "Associated defect Ids" , it's at test plan level.

I need to fetch all the defect ids linked at all levels(test plan,test lab) to a selected test case in to this filed.

Is it possible by using workflow?

if yes please tell me how?
