How to find the folder ID in HP ALM 11.0

Hi Forum members - I need to find out a way to find the folder ID in HP ALM 11.0

I have a SQL Query that is like below:-

Select * From <Folder in Test Lab> where workstream is 'Testing'

I know each of the folder has a numeric value by which it is recognised, do not know how to find it.

Can experienced members please help.

I use Analysis view of Dashboard Tab and write my queries there.
