When you launch QC10 the application user settings are stored in the following folders:
C:\Users\fred blogs*\AppData\LocalLow\Mercury Interactive\Quality Center (* user profile is whoever is logged in).
C:\Users\fred blogs*\AppData\Local\Mercury Interactive\Quality Center (* user profile is whoever is logged in).
We have rolled out this application onto a new XenApp virtual desktop infrastructure. Although the temporary data is being stored in the same locations, when the user ends their session, the data is being lost as only the roaming folder data is sent back to the user profile storage area. Is there any way to configure QC so that this user specific temporary data will be stored elsewhere? such as the roaming folder?
I have checked registry and various config files for QCExplorer but cannot find anything relevant.
