To upadate "To Assigned" field with correct QC ID of assigned to person

Can anyone help me to create query to update "Assigned To" field with correct QC ID of assigned to user for all defects logged in QC?
As in our case incorrect ID of assigned to user is getting displayed in "Assigned To" field.
