Non-English Letters Not Captured

Hello,

My Soap xml file contains non-English characters that need to be inserted into the test script. First time creating the script in VuGen, I am able to save the xml file and import SOAP as it is. But when i upload the script to HP ALM Perf Centre, it doesn't seem to captured the non-English letters. The test scripts is shown like this:

"<RqstTxt RespTxMaxL=\"145\">???????? ???????? ????? ????????????? ??????? ? ????????? ????????????? ?? ??????? ? ?????????</RqstTxt>" 
          

When I re-open the script I created in VuGen, it has changed into ???????? too instead of the original non-English letters.

Please assist.
