Does anyone know how to export data to ALM using word i'm running into some issues while testing. I have aleady added the add-in for Word and i'm having an issue when using HP ALM Export Wizard when I enter the server name and port number this is the error that I am getting. "A general failire has occured. Please verify that the server's address is correct and try again. 'The required ALM client files have not been downloaded. To download the files, go to the Application Lifecycle Management login screen.'.
