QC 11.52 Word Export rich content to rich text editor

Hi All,

We recently upgraded from QC 10 to QC 11.52.  With QC 10 we were able to export rich content from a Word document directly into the rich text editor tab for a requirement in QC.

With QC 11.52 rich text is not brought in to the Rich Text Editor Tab of the requirement, but it is added as a separate attachment.

Is there a specific setting or configuration in QC 11.52 that will allow us to export rich text from Word directly into the Rich Text Editor tab for a requirement, rather than adding it as an attachment?
