How to create a Test Case Progress Chart in ALM 11 by Designer

Hi,
When I try to create a Test Case Progress Chart in ALM 11, I get only "Execution Status" and "Status" in the "Group By" dropdown. I would like to see how each of my testers are progressing in terms of test cases. So, I would like to see this chart by Designer.

Please help.
