HP ALM 11.52 Patch 02 - Is it specific for English or for all languages

Hi,

I see in the patch download page that there was Patch 01 for every specific language, and for Patch 02 there is no specification.

I just want to be sure : Is Patch 02 valid for all language or only English ?

We plan to install ALM 11.52 in French.
