I've just started up upgrading my projects from QC9 to 10. During the actual 'Upgrade Project' process in Site Admin, one of the step is 'Refresh Internal Cache'.
Does anybody know what is actually happening during this step, as it is taking about 40 minutes (half the time of whole upgrade).
Trying to see if we can do anything to speed it up.
