I have a user with the following problem:
"I am unable to create new defects in HPQC, when I click on ‘New’, there is no pop-up to input new defect info and also, HPQC freezes on me, when I click ‘New’. I have to kill the session from task manager and restart HPQC again. I tried multiple times, restarted my PC, but nothing has been helpful so far."
I had another user that was unable to see the manual runner pop-up because she was switching back and forth between dual monitors - I was able to fix that by removing and re-adding her userid to HPQC, but I have to do that every time she re-connects to the dual monitors.
The first user is also switching between dual monitors, but the remove/re-add userid fix did not work for him. Additionally, I tried having him do the "ALT SPACE move technique", trying to find the hidden window but to no avail. It is odd to me that the error is also freezing his session and causing him to force quit...
